Mercedes E-Class reaches 1.5 million milestone

Mercedes has announced that the company has delivered 1.5 million units of the current generation of the E-Class since it went into production 6 years ago. With a total of 1,270,000 sedans and 230,000 wagons in the hands of customers, the latest generation of E-Class was highly successful in the company's key markets of Germany and the United States, both of which contributed 25% in sales.
